what's your strategy?
Not much, I slowly switched to diet soda, and water. I cook most of my food, or try to make it as healthy as possible, and I hang out with friends a lot more which helps me laugh a lot. And that all adds up. I don't work out or anything
Drink only water as your beverage right there is a huge cut and its healthy
Water is good but it doesn't help me stay awake all day lol
Good luck with your weight loss goal. I could never stick to resolutions.
