I have successfully dropped 10 pounds since new years, and have about 30 more to go, I hope I can do it, and that girl I work with, well for some reason...crush++; and I don't even know why

  1. Not much, I slowly switched to diet soda, and water. I cook most of my food, or try to make it as healthy as possible, and I hang out with friends a lot more which helps me laugh a lot. And that all adds up. I don't work out or anything

  2. Drink only water as your beverage right there is a huge cut and its healthy
